- Submission of Abstracts: February 26th, 2010
- Notification of acceptance: March 19th, 2010
- Registration of authors and participants for reduced price: March 31st, 2010
- Submission of Camera-ready papers and authors' registration: April 16th, 2010
- Registration of participants deadline: April 30th, 2010
Conference fee
The fees below are carefully estimated, nevertheless slight changes are possible. The conference is organized as a non-profit activity. The fees cover all expenses in direct connection with the conferences: participation in programs parts (oral and poster sessions) and proceedings (book and CD), all meals (breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and dinners), culture events (Welcome reception, walking tour through the Old Town Warsaw with visit Royal Castlle and Gala dinner) and four nights accommodation in a hotel at conference site if requested.
